At Galvan London, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your luxury garment is not quite right, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided it remains in original condition with all tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals are intact and the garment is unworn.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it securely to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to your local authorized courier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-10 business days of receipt.
