This fee is fully redeemable in-store when purchasing any bridal piece. Each appointment lasts for one hour with a dedicated bridal specialist, ensuring personalised attention and guidance. You are welcome to bring up to three guests to share this special experience with you. 

If you need to cancel your appointment, please let us know at your earliest convenience, cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
